Wheel alignment and axle, chassis and trailer straightening

The equipment we use for straightening axles, chassis and trailers is made from a special aluminium alloy. This makes it extremely light, strong and manoeuvrable. Very few parts have to be removed before the JOSAM straightening system can be fitted to your vehicle, meaning that the job can be done in far less time than normal.

Our equipment is suitable for measuring the alignment of axles, wheels, truck and coach chassis and trailers. Laser technology ensures a high degree of accuracy. Before starting any alignment work, we use play test plates to make sure there is no play in the linkages or mountings. JOSAM is a new generation system for the radio-controlled, electronic laser measurement of wheel alignment on all types of commercial vehicle. JOSAM Truckaligner II, the system we use, incorporates a dedicated portable computer with the ability to measure all wheel angles even without reference to the floor.
